• Visits are by appointment only, so arranging a time in advance is important.

• Live animals are shipped within New Zealand on Mondays through Wednesdays, with overnight delivery available for non-animal products ordered before the stated cutoff time. Rural delivery is not offered for live animals.

Graeme & Donna have had reptiles for many years now - over 34 years, and have gathered information from others over those years, to build an extensive knowledge base about reptiles.

Graeme & Donna will tell you, they are always learning, and that there is always someone out there who has discovered, found, or implemented something new. So they are always interested in what others are doing or have done.

They are both only too happy to sit and talk over a cuppa about what your reptile needs may be. They are always busy at the moment, with the move and relocation of their reptile collection
