Thank you for showing interest that you would like to host a Market Stall at the next Christmas in the Park 2026.

We are seeking craft stall holders to help us celebrate the day. Please note, we are not looking for food carts.

Our next major event is an outdoor event and is the Katikati Christmas in the Park,
taking place on Saturday 5th December 2026 at Moore Park, Katikati.


This is a family-friendly afternoon featuring live music, market stalls, food trucks, and children’s entertainment, including circus workshops, giant games and we are also exploring the possibility of helicopter rides.

EVENT DETAILS:

Venue: Moore Park, Katikati

Date: Saturday 5th December 2026

Time: 3:30pm to 5:00pm

Fee: $25 for a 3m x 3m site

You will need to bring all of your own equipment for the day including gazebo pegs and weights. This is important as wind can come off the Kaimai ranges.

The event organiser provides you with a space only.

Please note: As we have stall holders returning from previous years, we need to make sure we don’t have any double ups on products, so we ask for your understanding with this, while we process applications.

Once we have confirmed we can accept you for trade on the day, we will email you, confirm your place, with an invoice for payment and send you all the details you’ll need for your preparation.
