We’re looking for local photographers to help showcase the beauty of our town in the Katikati Calendar 2026. Whether it’s stunning landscapes, hidden gems, or moments that make Katikati special, we want to see it!

Competition Information
The Katikati Calendar 2026 Photo Competition, organised by Katch Katikati, invites local photographers to submit photos of Katikati to be featured in the upcoming calendar. This competition is open to all ages, and we are seeking high-quality images that reflect the theme "Love Katikati."
The competition runs from 27th July 2025 to 17th August 2025, with all entries due by 5:00 PM on 17th August 2025.
To enter, photographers must complete the online entry form below and upload their photos; and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
The competition is open to photographers of all ages.
Entries must be original photographs taken within Katikati.
Each entrant may submit up to 3 photos.
Photo Guidelines
The theme for entries is “Love Katikati”.
We encourage entries that do not feature people due to privacy concerns, but photos of people will be accepted if appropriate permissions or model releases have been obtained.
Images must be suitable for printing in an A4 landscape format, so please ensure your photo composition works well in this orientation.
Accepted file formats are JPEG or PNG. The photo must meet a minimum resolution of 300 DPI to ensure quality printing.
Selection Process
A judging panel will review all entries and select 12 photos to be featured in the calendar. Additionally, one bonus cover image will be chosen from the submissions.
Photographers whose images are selected for the calendar will receive one free copy of the calendar, and will be credited in the calendar.
The Katikati Calendar 2026 will be available for sale at The Arts Junction and other approved outlets.
